Fity offers personalized workouts and fitness guidance to help you stay active and healthy. We do our best to give you accurate and motivating content — but we can't see how you perform exercises. Please use common sense and make sure your workouts are safe for you. If you're unsure, talk to a medical or fitness professional before starting. You are fully responsible for performing the exercises correctly and safely, and for any outcomes resulting from your workouts.

You may need to create an account to access some features. Please use real and accurate information (like your name, weight, height, and preferences). Keep your password safe — anything done under your account is your responsibility.

We collect and use your data according to our Privacy Policy . We only ask for what's necessary to make your fitness experience personal and secure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials in Fity belong to us. You're welcome to enjoy and use them inside the app — just don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We want Fity to make your workouts smarter, not riskier. However, we can't be responsible for any injuries or results caused by following exercises incorrectly or ignoring your body's limits. Use Fity at your own pace and risk.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect improvements or legal changes. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
